• Tournament Dates are June 8 & 9, 2023

• Entries may only be processed online through May 31, 2024 or until the field is full.  

• Deadline for refunds is May 31, 2024.  

• Players must have a verifiable handicap and present that to the committee with their paid entry.

• Entrants must play in the flight that corresponds with their handicap.

• Entrants must submit an official entry and pay all fees prior to receiving a tee time.

• Players will be randomly drawn into threesomes.  We are happy to accommodate players traveling with one another with approximate tee times if possible and notified within a reasonable amount of time.  

• Skins (gross & net) and Pins will be available for purchase at both golf courses each day.  Only tournament players are eligible and entries must be paid in cash day of.  These will be awarded by division and paid out at the golf course they are earned at. 

• Only 2 golf cars per group are permitted.  No exceptions.

• All participants will receive an event souvenir.  

• Spectator Carts are not permitted. 

• Caddies are permitted but not supplied by either golf course. 

• Online scoring and tee time posting is available by visiting the appropriate link.  Tee times will also be emailed to players.

• Prize money will be split equally between both golf courses.  We will do our best to keep players' earnings at the facility that is geographically closest to them.

• The Tournament Committee reserves the right to deny individual entry into the event if it is of the best interest of the event players or the golf course(s).

• Players must play in their respective flight.  Failure to do so will make them ineligible for prize money.

• Re-pairing of groups - Groups will remain in their published Round 2 Tee Times with exception to the Championship Leaders.  No more than 9 contending players will be re-paired unless the scores dictate so.
