EVENT

The Downeast Metro Amateur is a two day individual amateur championship with one round at Kebo Valley and one round at Bangor Municipal. Entry fees are separated as follows: Standard Division player fees are $100.00, the Senior "Two Way" entry is $125.00, and we offer a special Junior entry fee of $80.00. Juniors will play in the division in which their GHIN Handicap falls.

Closest to the Pin and Gross & Net Skin contests will be held daily at each host course. Only tournament players are eligible to enter. Cost per entry of both contests is $10.00 each day. Entry must be paid in cash. Prizes are awarded by division and are redeemable at the golf course in which the entrant played that particular day.

Standard Division

Standard Division players are all entrants not participating in the Junior or Senior portions of the event. These players will be divided into 4 divisions based on their official handicap. These A, B, C, & D players will play for Gross and Net prizes in their respective division. The entry fee for this division is $100.00

Seniors

Players 55 and older, on or before the first round of play, will be eligible to enter a separate Senior Prize pool as well as participating in the Standard Division that corresponds with their HCP. There is no separate senior division, only an additional prize pool. Senior prizes will be awarded for gross and net. The entry fee for this division is $125.00
